আমাদের সকল ডিজিটাল পণ্য যেমন Canva Pro, CapCut Pro, Reels Bundle, AI কোর্স, YouTube Premium ইত্যাদি বিক্রয়ের পর অফেরতযোগ্য (Non-Refundable)।

📦 কেন রিফান্ড দেওয়া হয় না?

ডিজিটাল পণ্যগুলো অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার সাথে সাথেই স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে অথবা দ্রুত ডেলিভারির মাধ্যমে কাস্টমারের কাছে পৌঁছে যায়।
একবার ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হলে সেই পণ্যে প্রবেশাধিকার (access) বাতিল বা প্রত্যাহার সম্ভব নয়।
এই কারণেই আমরা সাধারণত রিফান্ড অফার করি না।
